For our Official Ranking System, I modified some of the exp cap and exp rates for faster leveling.

1 duel = 10 x level + 15
1 match = 20 x level + 15

We will still use index cards for recording data, and this time we will now use the official index card. with my signature on it.
Rules and everything else is the same, and please Write your data clearly and make the index card clean as possible. Thanks!
