Malefic Stardust + Two Field Spell cards

Here's the situation:

1. Activate Necrovalley
2. Special Summon Malefic Stardust Dragon
3. Opponent activates Gates of the Dark World/Dragon Ravine

Will the new Field Spell destroy Necrovalley and Malefic Stardust or stop the new field spell from activating while MSD is face-up?

Malefic Stardust only stops effects that destroys Field Spells. It does not stop Game Mechanics, so no, Malefic Stardust does not stop your opponent from playing other Field Spells.

I have to agree with both of you BUT will Malefic Stardust still remain face-up even with a field spell replacement?

Yes, Malefic Stardust will still be face-up on the field, there was never a time wherein there is no Field Spell face-up on the field.

as long as there is any field spell on the field, all malefic dragons will exist on the field.
replacement of field spell cards isn't considered as destroyed :O

What will happened if your field spell is replace by an opponents field spell. Will MSD be destoryed???
