Effect unconfirmed:

You must Tribute 3 monsters to Normal Summon this card (you cannot Set this card). The Normal Summon of this card cannot be negated. When this card is Normal Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. If this card is Special Summoned, it is sent to the Graveyard during the End Phase. This card gains 1000 ATK and DEF for each card in your hand. When your opponent successfully Normal Summons or Special Summons a monster in face-up Attack Position, that monster loses 2000 ATK and, if the ATK becomes 0, that monster is destroyed.

Finally, what we have been all waiting for: a Slifer Reprint.

However, I feel that some of these God cards can be immune to cards like Mirror Force, Dark Hole, etc. but immune to Solemn Warning, Torrential Tribute. Am I right?

According to the unconfirmed effect:

The Normal Summon of this card cannot be negated.

So I believe it is immune to Solemn Warning and Torrential Tribute, but it is not immune to Mirror Force, Dark Hole, etc.

Let's not forget that there IS going to be a new card coming out which will seal the duel and ensure instant victory. So that's why Slifer is going to be released in a playable version.

if you attack on the same turn, it is immune to card effect

Astig kaayo ang eff bai, specially the underline one. But for collection purpose raman gyapon ni na card or for fun decks and duels, not for real tournaments.
